After spending a lot of time out of town and away from his wife and children, Rick decided to work in the agency side of insurance so that he could spend more time with his family. In 2003 he became an agent with a large insurance company. After several years as a "captive agent" he realized that he was very limited in what he could offer clients and knew that there had to be a better way to meet their insurance needs and budget. In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with family, volunteering for various organizations, mission projects, and serving as a deacon in his church.
