Rick started his insurance career as a licensed insurance adjuster for a nationwide catastrophe claims company. After spending a lot of time out of town and away from his wife and children, Rick decided to work in the agency side of insurance so that he could spend more time with his family. In 2003 he became an agent with a large insurance company. After several years as a "captive agent" he realized that he was very limited in what he could offer clients and knew that there had to be a better way to meet their insurance needs and budget. In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with family, volunteering for various organizations, mission projects, and serving as a deacon in his church.

Sheila is a native Texan and understands the insurance needs in the Lone Star state as well as anyone. She has built a reputation on honesty and integrity which is the key to a successful insurance agency. Her goal is to provide each client with personal service while meeting their insurance needs and budget. She will take the time to explain coverage's so that a client understands and can make informed decisions. Sheila is also very community oriented, serving on the school board over 15 years, volunteering as treasurer for many organizations, and serves on the board for the Dee Dee Rice foundation to provide scholarships and needed funds for students in the community.

Sarah was born and raised in Texas, she takes pride in helping customers with all of their Personal Insurance needs. Being a mom, she understands the need to have great coverage while being mindful of a budget. She comes from the small town of Lampasas, Texas. She has been in the insurance industry for more than 15 years. She enjoys hometown music festivals, taking their families to the river, hiking, bonfires, and participating in local events.

Shannon is a Texas native, born and raised in Abilene, TX. She enjoys traveling, crafting, and camping, and she finds great joy in spending time with her two remarkable adult daughters. She raised them with a strong foundation of compassion and care for others. With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Shannon is committed to service that extends beyond completing an application — her phone is always on and she is ready to address any question or concern, no matter how big or small. Her aim is to build lasting relationships with every client, many of whom become as close to her as family.
